I can wholeheartedly recommend Vale Furnishers based on our experience of buying a bed through them. The store is huge and there were plenty of staff on hand who were knowledgable and able to answer q [read more]uestions. We ordered in store and had delivery a few weeks afterwards. The delivery team took our old bed away and installed the new one - they were polite and speedy. The delivery team also noticed an issue with one of the drawers in the new bed and proactively organised a replacement drawer. Our experience has been excellent from start to finish. They tend to sell higher quality furniture, and so can appear expensive on the surface at times, however I would absolutely say it is worth it based on our experience.

A very friendly and helpful team. Absolutely beautiful, good quality furniture. Kept in the loop at all times and delivery was on time, careful and polite and friendly. A fair price for a fantastic se [read more]rvice. I couldn't be happier with my super, comfortable new sofa.
