A great big thank you, to the team at the Vales furnishers in Aldershot, namely Amanda in the sales team, Brenda in the delivery team and the delivery guys. Our experience from start to finish was a b [read more]reath of fresh air. After 4 months of trying to source, Quality, Modern, Practical, Solid dining chairs we were at the end of our tether.
We searched online, went to Harrods Calagari, Heals, FCI and many other London shops, before coming across Vale Furnishers.
Honestly, we didn't hold out much hope but thought why not let's go for drive and give VF a shot.
The showroom has an easy layout, a huge selection of furniture. We saw some really nice dining chairs but being so particular, nothing hit 100% mark.
Amanda from sales asked. what we were looking for, we explained and said we'd checked out the showroom. Amanda took heed and within 1/2hr we were exploring the "Stressless" dining chairs, and the vast arrange of colour/fabrics. Super Dupa, Bango, we left very happy with after paying the deposit for 6x chairs.
Chairs arrived on time; we were so delighted we order another 2x.
Last weekend there were 8x of us for dinner but only 6x chairs, I called Amanda, expressed our urgency for the additional 2x chairs. Fabulous Barbra made a special delivery and we had them on time. Delivery guys were great as well.
We got what we'd been searching for - they are real leather, they recline, comfortable when dining and sitting back after dinner having drink.
From start to finish we were looked after - thank you.

My wife & I wanted a mattress topper to improve the comfort our high quality King size mattress we bought about 7 years ago. We went to Vale Furnishers as they have a range of them in stock we could t [read more]est (without sleep!) in their large and spacious store. Laying down on them in turn under guildance from their knowledgable and helpful salesman Harvey Bruce and discussing the construction of the three or four we tried we found the best for us. Trying them all at least twice to be doubly sure it was clear to my wife and I the best was the Vispring Heaven 7cm luxury topper and decided to buy. These are made to order so a deposit was made and about 5 weeks later Vale Furnishers arranged with us a suitable delivery date and time window. That was all completed without any issues and we paid the balance upon their own staff's delivery who unboxed and installed on our bed. This was easy as it simply lays on the surface without any straps or fixings.
One thing we did do when we visited the store that ordering day was to buy in readiness a Mattressguard Grand Quilted mattress protector with a deep elasticated valance. This keeps the topper in place and protects it against any spill accidents.
For some years we have used a dual zoned double electric blanket for winter bliss and that sits on top of the protector and covered by an elasticated fitted sheet. We now have a higher bed thanks to the topper which we like and, more importantly, we have a VERY comfortable bed that is pure joy to sleep in! In fact we both get a better nights deeper, less disturbed, sleep! Thank you Vale Furnishers and thank you Harvey for a great product and great buying experience.
