We try to show as many prices as possible on our website but sometimes a product has too many variants to give an accurate price. On these occasions, please call us on 01252 325525 where a member of our sales team will be happy to help.

We will always offer you a sample book on loan but if there are particular fabric samples that you would like to take home and be able to keep then we are more than happy to order those in for you.

We offer a free delivery service for all orders over £299 within 50 miles of our showroom. We are happy to consider delivering further afield to most areas but this may incur a delivery charge; this may also increase the delivery time as we will need to coordinate your delivery with other orders in your direction. Please discuss your delivery requirements with us at the time of order.

We run delivery teams 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday. We will contact you personally as soon as your goods arrive with us to arrange a day for delivery at your convenience.

If travelling by rail the closest station to Ash Vale is Ash Station.

We have free customer parking.

We have disabled access with a lift to each floor at Ash Vale. We also have wheelchairs available if you don't wish to or are unable to bring your own.
