Communication was great through out and the guys who delivered the furniture were also really friendly and helpful.

Delivered quickly and team delivering were great. Professional and courteous, took care over the delivery, protectors on bottom of sofa for floor. Would definitely recommend and use again. Not just sofas, furniture, carpet, rugs and flooring.

Clarky Aviation 04/11/2024 I can wholeheartedly recommend Vale Furnishers based on our experience of buying a bed through them. The store is huge and there were plenty of staff on hand who were knowledgable and able to answer questions. We ordered in store and had delivery a few weeks afterwards. The delivery team took our old bed away and installed the new one - they were polite and speedy. The delivery team also noticed an issue with one of the drawers in the new bed and proactively organised a replacement drawer. Our experience has been excellent from start to finish. They tend to sell higher quality furniture, and so can appear expensive on the surface at times, however I would absolutely say it is worth it based on our experience.

Richard Kinver 22/10/2024 Staff were very helpful in our purchase. when the goods were delivered, which was on time, the guys assembled a table, and showed us how to do any adjustments that may be needed in the future.
Vale Furnitures returned to deliver our sideboard, the sideboard had a longer delivery time to the table and chairs.

A special thanks to the delivery guys, who on arrival, asked if we had escapologists in our house, we have two very inquisitive cats, so it was good to know they were looking out for them.

Barry Eager 04/09/2024 Well we needed a new bed and considered Vale amongst a small number of suppliers. However the professionalism of their sales advisor Rani Ghai resulted in our going no further. It was not our first experience of Vale Furnishers and on this occasion they came up trumps with delivery to our tight timescales. We had regular updates from Barbara Beesley and the delivery team were very good too. All in all, quality product and great service from across the team.
