David Paine 10/01/2025 We have always liked Vale Furnishers and make them our first choice when looking for new furniture.
We recently bought a Stressless recliner in a particular colour as my personal chair, that Vale obtained for us from the supplier. The process kept to good time as promised.
We loved it so much that we decided to get two more that were on special offer from stock in a different colour to replace an old sofa. Delivery from stock was amazingly quick!
In both cases Vale took away our old chairs and sofa for a modest fee. (Where old furniture is in good order, Vale donate it to the Philis Tuckwell Hospice.)

The sales staff are attentive and helpful whilst the delivery men are superb. They quickly resolve any issues as they arise and are very reliable. David Howard 27/12/2024 I would like to say that from the first moment we walked through the door until the floor fitter left we have had excellent service from the entire team at Vale Furnishing so thank you very much from us both. We spent hours with you with visits covering soft furnishing, carpet and hard flooring. Some six months after it was completed we are still delighted and in the meantime have had many complimentary remarks.
Needless to say we have recommended you to anyone who would listen.
Wendy Grant 26/12/2024 Rani who I dealt with in store was most helpful and didn't rush me into buying anything. My sofas were actually due to arrive in January 2025, but I received an email and telephone call saying they have arrived in their warehouse in December 2024. I was therefore able to have my sofas before Christmas for which I was delighted. The service I received from the delivery schedule lady was brilliant and she managed to get my delivery on my day off. The 2 delivery men that arrived with the sofa were very thorough and extremely pleasant and helpful. Would buy again from Vale Furnishers.

He was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. We spent over 4 hours in the store and finally bought the sofas we had seen first (of course we did). The furniture is of a high quality and the communication from the store has been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will buy from them again.
Ian Taylor 17/12/2024 Purchased a large carpet for our extended lounge. Dan helped us select the right carpet from their huge range. He also came out to test the floor to ensure it was dry enough for fitting and arranged the carpet fitting. The fitters were also excellent. We are a happy customer, and we will be buying more from Vale Furnishings.

Delivered quickly and team delivering were great. Professional and courteous, took care over the delivery, protectors on bottom of sofa for floor. Would definitely recommend and use again. Not just sofas, furniture, carpet, rugs and flooring.

Clarky Aviation 04/11/2024 I can wholeheartedly recommend Vale Furnishers based on our experience of buying a bed through them. The store is huge and there were plenty of staff on hand who were knowledgable and able to answer questions. We ordered in store and had delivery a few weeks afterwards. The delivery team took our old bed away and installed the new one - they were polite and speedy. The delivery team also noticed an issue with one of the drawers in the new bed and proactively organised a replacement drawer. Our experience has been excellent from start to finish. They tend to sell higher quality furniture, and so can appear expensive on the surface at times, however I would absolutely say it is worth it based on our experience.
