He also came out to test the floor to ensure it was dry enough for fitting and arranged the carpet fitting. The fitters were also excellent. Communication was great through out and the guys who delivered the furniture were also really friendly and helpful.

Delivered quickly and team delivering were great. Professional and courteous, took care over the delivery, protectors on bottom of sofa for floor. Would definitely recommend and use again. Not just sofas, furniture, carpet, rugs and flooring.

Clarky Aviation 04/11/2024 I can wholeheartedly recommend Vale Furnishers based on our experience of buying a bed through them. The store is huge and there were plenty of staff on hand who were knowledgable and able to answer questions. We ordered in store and had delivery a few weeks afterwards. The delivery team took our old bed away and installed the new one - they were polite and speedy. The delivery team also noticed an issue with one of the drawers in the new bed and proactively organised a replacement drawer. Our experience has been excellent from start to finish. They tend to sell higher quality furniture, and so can appear expensive on the surface at times, however I would absolutely say it is worth it based on our experience.

Vale Furnitures returned to deliver our sideboard, the sideboard had a longer delivery time to the table and chairs.
